This app is very buggy and has lots of weird behaviour, I keep getting emails marked us unread after I have already read them, notifications for unread emails when there aren’t any when I click the inbox and search will sometimes lock up the app where no emails are displayed.

Great app for iPhone, ipad & macbook. Bought it mostly because of the snooze feature, but have found that it helps me manage my personal and work emails extremely well. Chat support is also great and Sarah was super helpful. Highly recommend!

Cannot send or receive emails from various accounts suddenly. This has been a recurring issue with others reporting the same issue to the developers. The developers do not respond nor have they ever fixed the problem. If you depend on your email app to work stably, this is not the right app.

This app is a useful tool for professionals and common users. I wrote to support team at 03.00 am and Sherlyn helped me. It’s the most user firendly service and app, I’ve ever tried.

It is a good app. However you have to buy the same app if you’d want to use it on your mobile phone. It does not make any sense to pay for the same app twice. Do you want people to use Airmail or not? If you want your app to get popular, sell it only once and don’t charge people already using and liking it.

I am using Airmail starting from the initial version. Airmail 3.0 is a major upgrade over 2.0 iphone app is also very nice. Customer service is very helpful. Special thanks to Steven (from Customer Service) for his assistance for my smart folders issue

It was very nice mail client but since version 3.0 it’s not working with my Exchange account. Support is not able to help - all they do is to keep asking to restart Airmail app. I deleted that and switched back to Outlook 2016. I will try again in next few weeks, maybe they will resolve this issue but right now this application is useless for me.

AirMail is the best mail client ever. Very fast and smart.

I spent few days to test this app. I use 12 e-mail adresses. I have to say, it is the best e-mail client app on the market on Mac. Of course it still need to focus on details, but someone seriously thought about what email app should be. I threw all the other e-mail programs from my computer, iPhone and iPad. I left only this and I look forward for the interface enhancements and new functionality.

I use it everyday from version 1.0, a lot has improved over the time.

I have been using web clients for many years, and right now I have my business email and personal email needs to managed. The web clients are nice for personal emails, but for the business emails I was missing many things, instead of being easy they became hard to manage(using the signatures, CCs, colors etc.). In our company we’ve been discussing about this app, and I wanted to be the early adopter for that. I’ve started to use the app around 1 month ago, and it doesn’t make my job harder, I never go back to the web mail client anymore/never thinking to use any other desktop client. Everything that I need is in there, and couple of minutes ago I was too lazy to find the Rules in app, and went to their main page clicked to the support icon, and yes, Sarah helped me in 2 minutes. I think I’ll let the guys in my company know that the app is great.

I was giving this app a try for over 6 months. Im coming back to my old app now. Airmail is full of bugs. The worst are in preferences. This app can loose preferences by its own, changing some settings. Today I spend over one hour checking why my emails sunndently stopped being sent from outbox. The reason was that Airmail decided to change Start-TLS to SSL, and forgot all SMTP passwords. Just like that. To make it even worse, Airmail did not tell me that my messages were not send. They were just stuck in Drafts folder with "Failed" status. Not a single word more :(. Also - quite often - the settings are not saved in preferences. So, as a result - you have to double check every single change you want to make. Airmail have plenty of other, smaller bugs. Like I always have 3 unready messages in one of IMAP folders when starting Airmail. When I click "Mark all as read" it disapers, until next app restart. I could write for a long time about other small bugs, but as Im not being paid for it, I wont do that. Anyhow I lost too much time trying to use this terrible and not stable app. I have enough! I want RELIABLE mail app - and this is certainly NOT Airmail.

I’m using this app since version 2.0. This is only app in Apple directory which can handle more than 50 active accounts. Also I love MarkDown and HTML editor, if you’re developer, you can test your HTML email right in the AirMail. Just after update, got an issue with launching app. Mark from support team, and dev team helped me right away. Thank you Mark, made my day, life saver. Definetely recommend for every one who is looking for stable solution.

Cant turn off automapping for Airmail folders. I set them to "None", but they come back mapped to Airmail/ToDo, etc after Airmail restart. It worked fine in previous version.

Randomely changes font size what i send email!! It looks ok in Airmail but when i how it looks at recepeint’s Gmail - fonts are different! looks awful,

Thank you guys, it’s very nice email program and even better then Apple Mail.App, but when I run on batery on my macbook pro 2015 my batery indicator says that Airmail is the app using significant energy. Why? What it’s doing all the time?
