I have been using web clients for many years, and right now I have my business email and personal email needs to managed. The web clients are nice for personal emails, but for the business emails I was missing many things, instead of being easy they became hard to manage(using the signatures, CCs, colors etc.). In our company we’ve been discussing about this app, and I wanted to be the early adopter for that. I’ve started to use the app around 1 month ago, and it doesn’t make my job harder, I never go back to the web mail client anymore/never thinking to use any other desktop client. Everything that I need is in there, and couple of minutes ago I was too lazy to find the Rules in app, and went to their main page clicked to the support icon, and yes, Sarah helped me in 2 minutes. I think I’ll let the guys in my company know that the app is great.
