ridiculous support!
First day using this app. At 1am when I realized I couldn’t find some very important work e-mails, I started panicking. Checked the native mail app on my mac, nope…gone. So then I really freaked out. Since I still have Airmail’s webpage open in my browser, I immediately sent a chat message to ask for help. Even though the chat window showed that there’s Airmail Team members available, but I didn’t actually think I would be able to get help in the middle of the night. To my surprise, this guy named Paul immediately responded to my message and within about 2 minutes my problem was solved. WOW. All I’m thinking now is…that’s a lot of work to put in to sell one app……….I’m amazed. Other than that, I must also say I am pleasantly surprised how well designed this app is. I don’t know a thing about building apps, but from I do see, it’s very difficult to find an app that’s both pact with features as well as easy to use. This app is an exception. I’m a visual kinda person and it’s layout is easy on the eye, and makes the mailbox easy to go through. At a glance this app looks very simple, but with one click here and there you will realize there are so many useful features that are easily accessible. In other words, it will suit you whether you like it simple or multifunctional. Finally, I have found the Airmail Knowledge Base webpage to be very useful in looking up features I don’t know about.
