Convenient Email Reviews

I find Airmail 3 greatly simplifies reviewing the mail from my many accounts. It lets me mark each account with a distinctive icon, and each account has all the folders that the stand-alone accounts have. Each folder is assigned a distinctive color dot to aid in locating it for transferring mail to it. Email can also be marked with a color co-ordinated label if one does not wish to put it in the folder yet. Each important email can also be starred. Although the coloured labels help, I’d prefer to have a hierarchy of coloured stars to indicate computer-related mail, medical mail, purchase confirmations and shipment notifications, mail about topics/products I’m interested in but not ready to read/putchase, etc.

The online chat support is very helpful: Sarah guided me through a couple issues I’d submitted; she was very polite and courteous, and helped me find solutions quickly. She also sent an email of our conversation.
