Great product, unreliable on laptops, lacklustre support

Great product, some really useful and interesting features like Markdown and Spamsieve however if you move around on a laptop connecting and disconnecting from access points all day, its really unreliable for sendiing emails. No matter how many compelling features an email client might have if it cant send emails reliably, its pretty useless.

Working with Support to troubleshoot this problem is simply a waste of time because they either provide short, almost curt responses or completely dodge addressing direct questions like "is this a known problem or not?" However, they are very responsive, Ill give them that.

Anyway, I hope the product improves its reliability but for now Ill go back to Apple Mail which does send emails reliably.
