Customization sets Airmail apart from the rest

Ive evaluated Airmail against Postbox which I’d been using for about two years and found Airmail’s customization benefits persuasive enough to justify switching from Postbox to Airmail. Added bonus #1 Airmail has an IOS version providing consistency with the desktop client, something Postbox does not offer. Bonus #2 Customer support is fantastic (Thanks Sarah!), easy to reach through the apps and quick to reply. Their first reply to me ended up in my spam folder but I suspect that is an issue on my end. After that was discovered I received clear, thoughtful and well organized answers to my questions.

Power users should spend the time to configure the many options for the most advanced functionality, and for people who prefer to set up their email and be done with it, you’ll be very happy with your experience.

As a power user my only negative comment is that I’d love to have a comprehensive user manual that defined every option, action etc. Screencast Online, and other web based tutorials do a great job of covering most things though.

I’m looking forward to Airmail’s continued improvement, Apple’s Mail app looks ancient compared to Airmal 3!
