Major issues with SPAM mapping and Search Indexing

Having major issues with SPAM mapping and search indexing (non-existent and no way to force it to redownload old emails). I have contacted support via chat, twitter and email with no resolution several times each. The support is absolutely useless and can’t even answer a question directly.

It’s likely there is no answer and the app is just buggy so I cannot recommend buying.
